Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Task Runner platform ("Service") operated by CoCreations ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Description

AI Task Runner provides a hosted platform for running headless Claude Code tasks in isolated Docker containers. Each user receives:

• An isolated Docker container with Claude Code
• A personal MCP endpoint at username.ai-task-runner.com
• A web dashboard for managing projects, tasks, and skills
• Static website hosting at project.username.ai-task-runner.com
• 1 GB of included storage (upgradeable)

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Claude Subscription

The Service requires a separate Claude Pro, Max, or Enterprise subscription (or Anthropic API key) to execute tasks. This subscription is between you and Anthropic — we are not responsible for its cost, availability, or terms. You are solely responsible for any usage charges incurred through your Claude subscription or API key while using this Service.

4. Billing and Cancellation

• The Service is billed monthly at the current subscription rate ($44 AUD/month at the time of writing, subject to change with 30 days notice).
• Optional storage add-ons are billed monthly at their stated rate.
• Promotional discounts, where offered, apply as described at the time of signup.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• If payment fails, a 30-day grace period applies. After the grace period, your container will be stopped.

5. Usage Limits

• Storage: Each account includes 1 GB of storage. Additional storage can be purchased. If you exceed your storage limit, new tasks will be rejected until you reduce usage or purchase more storage.
• Task timeouts: Individual tasks have a maximum execution time (default 60 minutes, maximum 90 minutes).
• Fair use: CPU and memory resources are shared. Sustained high-intensity usage that degrades service for other users may result in throttling or account review.
• Concurrent tasks: Task execution is limited to one concurrent task per account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host, distribute, or create illegal content
• Conduct cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive non-task activities
• Attempt to access other users' containers, data, or infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for automated scraping, spamming, or abuse of third-party services
• Store sensitive personal data of third parties (health records, financial data, etc.) without appropriate safeguards

7. Data and Privacy

• Your projects, tasks, and files are stored in your isolated Docker container and on the host server.
• We do not access, read, or share your project data except as required to operate the Service or comply with law.
• Task prompts and outputs are stored on the server and visible to you through the dashboard.
• Claude API credentials (setup tokens, API keys) are stored securely and used only within your container.
• If your account is terminated, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Hosted Websites

The Service allows you to host static websites at project.username.ai-task-runner.com. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. We reserve the right to take down any hosted content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Service Availability

• The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability.
• We may perform maintenance that results in temporary service interruptions.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• We are not liable for any costs incurred through your Claude subscription or API usage.
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoCreations, its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
